The Eiffel Tower of Canada.
The CN Tower was built by the Canadian National Railway Society in 1976 with the aim of showcasing the Canadian industry's engineering skills. The project was a resounding success. At a height of 533 metres, the CN Tower remained the highest building in the world until it was finally dethroned by Dubai's "burj Khalifa" in 2008. Its tapering and elegant from has become synonymous with the city of Toronto. The CN Tower has a panoramic lift that ascends to a platform spanning several stories where visitors can enjoy the open air observation deck and a restaurant with panoramic views.
